Two people were arrested yesterday in Richland County for allegedly phoning in a bomb threat last week to a Rite Aid in Mansfield. Authorities say 42-year old Anthony Webb called 911 with the bomb threat, and also said that a live shooter was on their way to the store, as a diversion so that his girlfriend, who was in the store at the time, could steal a lap top computer. Webb is charged with inducing panic, while his girlfriend, 39-year old Malissa Young, is charged with theft. Both are also facing child endangering charges because there was a child present when the alleged crime occurred.
