A court hearing will take place Tuesday morning in Ashland County, as the state continues to try and remove the director of a facility for at risk youth. The state is trying to remove Olga Starr as the director of the Mohican Young Star Academy. The state has alleged that mistreatment and improper restraint of children in the care of the facility has taken place, and that Starr has ordered the destroying of documents. The hearing on Tuesday will determine if the state will be allowed to remove Starr as the director of the facility and put a new director in place.
