The Dalton Local School District’s treasurer met this week with school board members to give them an update on some improvement projects that the district is planning to do over the next few years. The first of those projects will be the installation of new windows and an air conditioning system at the high school. Those renovations will begin this summer, with the district hopeful that both projects can be completed before students return in August. Next year’s list of upgrades at the high school includes resurfacing the track and roof, while the high school’s parking lot will get resurfaced in 2024.
