The Wayne County Historical Society has a new exhibit showcasing the baseball career of Dean Chance. Chance, who passed away in 2015, starred at Northwestern High School, leading the Huskies to a state title, before embarking on an 11-year Major League career, highlighted by two all-star appearances and the 1964 Cy Young award. The exhibit, which was unveiled over the weekend, will run through mid-October.
