Police up in Brookpark say that the person they pursued in a high-speed car chase back on November 10th was a 20-year-old man from Doylestown. He was arrested after allegedly stealing a car and crashing it following a 5-mile pursuit. Authorities also add that the man struggled with police when trying to be handcuffed.
