One of the suspects in the Dragway 42 shooting will be back in Court next week. Johnathan Perez made a video appearance in Wayne County Common Pleas Court this week on a felonious assault charge related to the shooting at Dragway 42 earlier this month. Perez was being held a Cleveland medical facility but was brought to the Wayne County Jail on Tuesday to face charges. Bond for Perez was set at $250,000 as prosecutors labeled him as a flight risk, and he will appear in court for a preliminary hearing on Thursday, July 1st.
