The man, identified as 61 year-old Mark Phares, was found inside his RV at the northbound rest stop on Interstate 71 Tuesday. The coroner’s office said that Phares did have a medical history, and the death does not appear suspicious, though the full report is not completed. The investigation into Phares death is ongoing.
