Civil War History Day

The Smithville Community Historical Society and the Wayne County Civil War Round Table are proud to once again host Civil War History Day on Saturday June 17 from 10-4pm. Civil War presenters will include the 41st OVI reenactors, President Abraham Lincoln and a Civil War medicinal herb presentation.  Also, Civil War artifacts, food, music and more! All buildings in the Pioneer Village will be open to tour and all pottery at the Village potter will be 50% off. A vintage baseball will be played with Smithville Stars vs. Wyandotte Ghostriders.
