Life Planning Events

Open to our Community! We have scheduled four evenings, once a month, from April – July to host speakers to come to our area to educate attendees and discuss four important life topics everyone needs to think about and plan for. All these events will be on Thursday evenings at 7:00 p.m. in the Smithville UMC Fellowship Hall, 243 N. Milton Street, Smithville, OH. These Events are FREE … we ONLY ASK that you RSVP the week prior to each event so each speaker will be prepared for the appropriate size of group for each night. The Life Planning Events are as follows: April 2, Leaving a Legacy … Speaker: Brian Sheetz, Director of Methodist Foundation of Ohio, May 7, Funeral Planning … Speaker: Auble Funeral Home, June 4, Wills & Trusts … Speaker: Robert Berry, Attorney of Law, July 2, Advance Directives … Sherri Atanasov, Social Worker from the Wooster Hospital. Everyone is welcome, our facility is air-conditioned and Handicapped Accessible so there are no limits as to who can join us!
