NAMI Wayne & Holmes Counties Annual Gathering

NAMI Wayne and Holmes Counties will host its Annual Gathering on Thursday, August 22, 2024, at The Connection Conference and Event Center, in Wooster. Social time begins at 5:30pm, and dinner provided by Exclusively Yours Catering, will be served at 6pm. The keynote speaker, Robert Hunt, Sr., will share his compelling personal story entitled, “Family Issues with Mental Health—A Son’s Journey”. Attendees will gain new perspectives and inspiration that mental health recovery is possible. You won’t want to miss this opportunity to be with others impacted by mental illness and learn about NAMI’s initiatives to support our community.

In addition to the program, NAMI will be honoring individuals who have shown exceptional efforts in this past year, including the Ginger Handwerk Award for MOCA House, the NAMI Community Service Award, and the CIT Professional of the Year Award.
