Extra recycle bins again being placed in Holmes County ahead of Christmas

With Christmas right around the corner, the Holmes County Solid Waste District is once again preparing for gift wrap and plastic bags. Plastic bags and wrapping paper can’t be recycled, so the waste district is again putting out two extra bins for wrapping paper and plastic bags. One bin has been placed in Berlin on Parkwood Drive across from the Berlin Park Pavilion, while the other is on County Road 349 adjacent to the Holmes County Dog Warden.
