A familiar face has been named the new school board member with the Norwayne Local Schools. Winston Wyckoff III is taking over for Ross Cochrell, who is moving outside of the district,on the school board. Wyckoff was a member of the Norwayne school board for 26 years before Cochrell took over for him in 2017, and will finish out Cochrell’s term which ends at the end of next year. The school board itself reached out to Wyckoff due to his experience and dedication to the school district.
