The pedestrian who died in a car accident last weekend was suspected of being under the influence of alcohol, according to of the Highway Patrol. The investigation continues into the collision on state Route 172 between Dalton and Massillon. 51-year old Stacy Antill of Steubenville was hit as she tried to cross Route 172, by a van driven by a Massillon man. Antill died from her injuries at Mercy Hospital in Canton.
