Next week’s Wayne County Fair will see fifteen local 4-H members awarded $10,000 in scholarships. The scholarships, based on 4-H experience, community activities and scholastic achievements, will be handed out at various times during the course of the six-day fair, which begins Saturday and runs through next Thursday.
