The new roundabout at Smithville-Western and Friendsville road will be closed next week for some finishing touches. The roundabout will be closed Wednesday, December 18 from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. so work can be finished on the lighting structures in the center. Motorists are being advised to use the same detours as when the roundabout was under construction.
