Ohio’s first lady stopped by Wayne and Holmes counties earlier this week to promote Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library, a program that provides books to young children and is sponsored locally by the United Way of Wayne and Holmes Counties. Fran DeWine, who has been involved with the program for the past three years now, visited both Wooster and Millersburg on Monday. She began by speaking at the Wooster Rotary Club before heading to Pomerene Hospital and then wrapping things up at the Holmes County District Public Library.
