Former Holmes County business fined by the FDA

The owners of a former Holmes County business have been fined nearly $170,000 for refusing to allow investigators with the federal Food and Drug Administration to inspect their facility in Killbuck Township.  Precision Herbs LLC, which is no longer in operation, refused to allow the FDA inspection back in January of 2016.  The fine was announced yesterday after being handed down by the U.S. District Court in Cleveland.  Court records indicate the owners of the business have since relocated to Missouri.
