The city of Rittman’s former law director, who is accused of shooting his estranged stepson earlier this year, waived his right to an arraignment yesterday morning in Wayne County Common Pleas Court. Instead, 68-year old George Bower pleaded not guilty to all three charges against him, including a count of attempted murder. According to online court records, no further hearings have yet been scheduled in the case.
