Ohio’s first lady will be in the area today, making stops in both Wayne and Holmes counties. Fran DeWine is on the road promoting the Governor’s Imagination Library, a childhood literacy program. Dewine will read to students at Millersburg Elementary this morning, before heading to Orrville’s Heartland Point this afternoon, where she’ll talk about the program with various community leaders.
