GOJO Industries has announced that they will be paying production employees bonuses, while also providing extra sick leave. The company said they will pay $2.5 million in bonus money to its 2,500 manufacturing and distribution employees, equating to roughly $1,000 per employee. Employees will also receive an extra 80 hours of sick leave. GOJO has installed extra clock in machines at its Wooster facility to help keep employees distanced from each other during their shifts, while also taking temperatures of employees and offering psychological and financial counseling available.
