Tributes continue to pour in from around the state for Lt. Philip Wigal, the 35-year old Town and Country firefighter killed Monday afternoon when he was struck by a semi while helping with the investigation of an earlier crash on I-71.  Governor Mike DeWine on Tuesday ordered that flags be flown at half staff on all public buildings and grounds throughout Wayne County, as well as at the Ohio Statehouse and other government buildings in Columbus.  Flags are to remain that way until sunset on the day of Wigal’s funeral, which is set to take place on Friday.
