During his daily press conference, Governor Mike DeWine made a clarification about the public needing to wear masks with the state starting to reopen on Friday. DeWine said that it is a strong recommendation for the public to wear a mask while out in public but the state is not making it mandatory to do so. DeWine did say that businesses could require customers to wear a mask while inside the business. Governor DeWine also said that he is putting together two advisory committee’s to help determine when restaurants and barbershops and salons can reopen.
