A grand opening celebration was held this past weekend for the Wayne County Public Library’s new branch in Rittman.  Roughly 100 people, including several local government officials, were on-hand for Saturday’s ceremony.  The nearly $6 million building features an open floor plan, a special space for teens and an outdoor reading garden.  The new 14,000 square-foot library is located on the site of Rittman’s old middle school.
