In collaboration with the Doylestown Health Care Center, students at Green Elementary School are writing letters to the area’s elderly population. With inspiration coming from the nonprofit organization Love For Our Elders, the letters are part of a local outreach effort titled “Letters to Elders.” Dozens of students wrote letters, drew pictures, and shared their thoughts about the pandemic and how it impacts the elderly. Green Elementary School Principal Christine Miller said the project is a great way to support the community.
