A 2.5-mill ambulance and medical levy will be on the ballot in the upcoming November election for residents in Medina County’s Guilford Township along with those who live in Seville. It will be presented on the ballot as Issue 13. This levy is a renewal of the current EMS levy as there are no changes involved. If passed , the five-year operating levy would continue to infuse the township with over $497,000 a year, and will cost the owner of a $100,000 home approximately $63.
