The Hillsdale Local School District held a groundbreaking ceremony yesterday at the construction site of its new K-12 building.  The ceremony included comments from Superintendent Steve Dickerson, who talked briefly about the project, which is being partially funded with revenue from the Rover Pipeline.  Crews have already begun some site work, removing the football stadium’s fencing, home grandstands and scoreboard.  The district says the hope is to have its students in the building within the next couple of years.
