Holmes County Commissioners have awarded a $3.9 million contract for the second phase of a sanitary sewer line project in the Winesburg area.  In addition to roughly two and a half miles of new sewer line going into the ground, the project will also include the installation of four new pump stations and renovating several existing pump stations.  Funding for the project, which has been in the works now for several years, comes from the county’s share of the American Rescue Plan.
