Holmes County residents have been doing a great job at responding to the 2020 U.S. Census that was recently mailed out, as they lead the entire state in self-responses at 44.3 percent of the population in the county. Wayne County is at 36.3 percent, as Wooster is the top-responding village or city in Wayne County at 37.2 percent. Ohio’s current response rate to the 2020 U.S. Census in the entire state is at 32.6 percent.
