Holmes County Commissioners have entered into an enterprise zone agreement with a business just east of Berlin looking to expand. Green Fox Plastics, on state Route 39, will receive a 10-year, 50% tax break. The company, which was formed recently due to a shortage in furniture-grade poly lumber, is looking to build a new 60,000 square foot facility on County Road 135. In addition to the $5 million construction cost, the company also plans on spending nearly $2 million on new production equipment.
