Holmes County Commissioners approved another enterprise zone agreement with a business in Berlin, bringing the total of agreements in the county to almost 20. The agreement was approved for Berlin Gardens, which manufactures outdoor furniture and structures such as gazebos and pavilions. Berlin Gardens is looking to build a 75,000 square foot addition to their facility in Berlin, which would cost $4.7 million, with construction starting as soon as possible. The agreement is the usual 10-year 50% abatement.
