The Holmes County Commissioners approved an enterprise zone agreement during their Monday meeting with a company near Berlin. The agreement is with Centor Inc., which is formerly known as Owens-Illinois, and is expected to create 17 new jobs. The company, which produces medication dispensing equipment, is looking to build a 37,000 square foot facility across the street from its current facility on County Road 120. The new facility would be used to manufacture saline solution packaging.
