Holmes County Commissioners have filled a couple of vacancies on the county’s board of developmental disabilities. At a meeting on Monday, commissioners approved appointing a new member to the board and reappointing another. The reappointment is Chad Yoder, while the board’s newest member, Jeff Kinney, replaces Bob Boss. Both Yoder and Kinney will serve four-year terms.
