Holmes County Commissioners have approved an enterprise zone agreement for a company in Clark Township. D. Yoder Hardwoods will use the 10-year, 50% tax break to move forward on a $5 million expansion project. The company says it has outgrown its current location on County Road 70 and plans to build a nearly 100,000 square-foot manufacturing facility on land it owns on Township Road 164. All 60 of the company’s full-time employees will make the move to the new facility.
