During their Monday meeting the Holmes County Commissioners were given an update on several projects taking place around the county. According to Building and Grounds Director Tim Morris, the counties buildings have had power hooked up for the buildings to become touch free, with work being completed on the bathrooms in the buildings as they have also been made hands free. Commissioners will also meet this Friday with Midstate Contractors to get an update on the courthouse clock tower project. Commissioners also hear a report about COVID vaccinations in the county, learning that so far 300 vaccines have been administered in the county to frontline healthcare workers.
