Holmes County Commissioners approve new enterprise tax agreement

Holmes County Commissioners have approved an enterprise zone agreement for a business in Walnut Creek Township. Commissioners on Monday signed off on the agreement with LuxCraft Fine Outdoor Furniture, which makes everything from Adirondack chairs and tables to gazebos.  The company is planning to build a more than 100,000 square-foot warehouse to store its inventory.  The cost of building the new warehouse is said to be in the neighborhood of $3 million.
