The Holmes County Commissioners are applying for a grant to help make repairs at the Holmes County airport. The commissioners approved a resolution that will see them submit an application for the ODOT aviation grant that would be used for repairs on taxiway B and the apron areas of the hangers at the airport. The grant would be worth $500,000 and would cover roughly 95% of the cost of the project. Commissioners also approved the annexation of Brush Run Holdings in the village of Baltic during their Monday meeting.
