The Holmes County Commissioners are set to enter into negotiations with Midstate Contractors for the Courthouse Clocktower Rehab Project. Midstate has done work for the County in the past, and would take 6-9 months to complete the project. The project would not interrupt business being done at the courthouse. Commissioners are hoping the cost of the project will stay under $1 million, which is what the commissioners have saved up specifically for this project.
