The Holmes County Education & Community Foundation is now accepting applications for its annual scholarships. The online scholarship application, which is available through March 24th, can only be found and completed online. Students can apply for multiple scholarships, which are primarily based on financial need, although academics and other non-economic criteria are also considered.
