At their meeting on Monday night, Holmes County Commissioners received a total of four bids for the county’s guardrail project.  All four bids came in under the county’s estimated price tag of just over $300,000.  The highest bid turned in was from a company out of Norwalk, while the lowest came from a construction firm down in Meigs County.  The other two bids came from companies out of Cleveland and Columbus.  The county engineer’s office will give its bid recommendation next week.
