The Holmes County Engineer’s Office is teaming up with the Holmes County Soil & Water Conservation District to address infrastructure needs and water quality issues with the Doughty Creek watershed. The watershed encompasses most of Berlin and Mechanic townships, along with small portions of western Clark Township and eastern Killbuck Township. The first step in addressing the needs is to identify what the current problems are. To do that, the groups have created an online survey for the public to voice their concerns.
