It won’t look like it ever has before, but regardless the Holmes County Fair will take place next week.  Due to the state’s COVID-19 restrictions, events will be limited to Junior Fair activities only.  There will be no rides, no grandstand events and no commercial vendors.  As such, there will also be no admission to enter the fairgrounds.  The fair board does want people to know, though, that there will be about 20 food vendors on site for anyone who wants to indulge in some fair food.  Plans are also still in the works for some kind of a drive-thru food event.  Junior Fair shows will begin Monday morning and run through Saturday.
