Property owners in Holmes County will soon be receiving notices in their mail regarding a change to their real estate value. Ohio Law requires that Holmes County property values be updated in 2019 , so that it falls in line with the local real estate market. Over the last 3 years, many residential and agricultural sale prices across the state have been far exceeding the current auditor values.
