Holmes-Wayne Electric Cooperative has announced the winners of its annual college scholarship competition. This year’s first place winners, who will each receive a $2,500 scholarship, are Annie Seboe of Loudonville High School and West Holmes High School’s Grant Baker. Seboe plans to attend Huntington University in the fall, majoring in biology. Baker, meanwhile, is headed to Ohio Northern for civil engineering.
