Reports say that Austin Holter will be named the new Head Football Coach at Wooster High School. Holter has Wooster ties as he is a graduate of the College of Wooster and was the Scots starting quarterback for three years before graduating in 2010. Holter has been an assistant coach at Denison University for the last 11 years. He was the Big Red’s offensive coordinator for the last seven seasons.
Holter replaces Doug Haas, who stepped down as the Generals coach after last season. Haas was head coach for nine years.
