A Hudson man has been sentenced to 25 years in prison for his role in a December 2020 home invasion in Hinckley. 62-year-old Daniel Bridle was sentenced on Thursday in Medina County Common Pleas Court on nine counts, including attempted aggravated murder and felonious assault. Hinckley police say Bridle broke into the home more than six months ago with the intent to kill 53-year-old Brett Puntel, of Hinckley. After not finding Puntel while breaking-in, Bridle then fired gunshots throughout the home and destroyed the home’s interior before being apprehended by authorities.
