Washington geared up for the playoffs with a Sunday win and weekend sweep of the Indians.  The Indians limped home with five straight losses to end the year, falling Sunday 8-2.

Mike Clevinger suffered just his second loss in the second half, giving up six runs in five and two-thirds innings.  Francisco Lindor had two hits including a solo homer for the Tribe.  The Indians end the season with a record of 93-69.
