The Indians on Monday announced the cancellation of Tribe Fest 2021 as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.

“Keeping the safety and health of our fans, players and front office personnel top of mind, the Cleveland Indians will not be holding Tribe Fest in 2021,” the team said in a statement. “Our organization deeply misses the Tribe community and is hopeful to see fans back at Progressive Field next season in 2021 and bring back Tribe Fest in January 2022.”

The Indians will also be using mobile entry via the MLB Ballpark App as the exclusive way to get into the ballpark beginning with the 2021 season.

Fans with tickets can use the MLB Ballpark App or the StubHub app to enter the park, depending on where the tickets were purchased. The apps will give fans with tickets a barcode that can be scanned at the gate for entry, allowing the team to utilize a more hands-off experience to enter the park.

The team will no longer accept PDF or printed tickets. A FAQ has been set up at indians.com/mobile. Season ticket-holders are being encouraged to reach out to their ticket representative for any questions.
