The indians won their fourth in a row as they came from a 4-0 deficit to beat the Royals 5-4.
The Indians offense again got off to a slow start, but got the best of the Royals bullpen. Eddie Rosario drove in two runs in the 6th, while Josh Naylor added another RBI in the 6th to make it 4-3. Jose Rameriez tied the game with a home run in the 8th, and Naylor put the Tribe on top with a homer in the 9th, while James Karinchak shut down the Royals in the 9th to preserve the win. Shane Bieber worked six innings, giving up four runs, three earned on nine hits with nine strikeouts.
The Indians and Royals finish up their four game set Thursday afternoon with a 2:10 p.m. start time.
