Carlos Rodon wasn’t as sharp as he was last week when he no-hit the Indians, but the Tribe still couldn’t figure out how to score runs with men on, falling to the White Sox 8-5.

White Sox Pitching gave up 9 walks, including three to jordan Luplow, but the Indians went 4-16 with runners in scoring position, and left 13 men on in the loss. Zack Plesac was better than last week, but began to falter before being pulled in the sixth. Plesac worked five innings, giving up six earned runs on seven hits, with four strikeouts.

Jordan Luplow hit his 5th home run for the Indians and Franmil Reyes had 3 hits.

The Indians and White Sox will finish their quick two game series on Wednesday, first pitch at 6:10 p.m.
