Major League Baseball announced its 2021 schedule for all teams, with the Indians starting their season on April 1st in Detroit. This will be barring any continued complications from the coronavirus pandemic. The Indians will have their home opener on April 5th against the Kansas City Royals, and will play interleague games against the NL Central, with every Central team except the Pirates making a trip to Progressive Field. The Indians will break for the All Star Game from July 12th through the 15th, with the All Star Game taking place in Atlanta. The Indians will round out their season with a six game road trip in Kansas City and Texas.
